What happened to the notion of common sense? This issue is nothing new. Bullying, flaming and threatening happened in kindergarten, in highschool and on mailinglists, IRC, usenet. So do we need a Bloggers Code of Conduct? No, we need to realize that not everyone has manners and common sense is not that common to everyone.
